Dragon movement is not synced to other players in dragonmounts-1.19.2-1.1.4a

Steps to Reproduce:
- Run 2 minecraft client at the same time (or just ask friend to join your world)
- Make client/player 1 to ride and move any dragon, while client/player 2 watch the uncosistant dragon movement
