Eggs are not replenishing after defeating the end dragon a second time. The config file value for replenish eggs is set to true. I'm hosting my server on exaroton.

This is an issue with YUNG's Better End Island mod, where it completely takes over the vanilla methods of the dragon fight. Luckily, the mod has a config entry in place to allow replenishable eggs. You should use that instead of attempting to use DML's method which just gets replaced by YUNG's.
