Steps to Reproduce: Enable Complementary Unbound/Reimagined r5.1.1 Shaders and spawn in a Ghost or Ice dragon.

Description of issue: The glow layers for the Ghost and Ice dragons are extremely bright with Complementary Unbound/Reimagined Shaders r5.1.1. Ghost dragon image below:

Yeah the shaders of the dragons has always been something I've struggled with nailing. I'm not amazing at anything rendering related so this is something on my to-do list.
