i tried to hatch another ghost dragon egg in the corner but it turned green and hatched into a forest dragon? im not sure if it's a bug or it was environmentally influenced bc i know about the old and more complex version of this mod but this is my first time trying it ever and the simpler version on 1.15.2

Can you be more specific? What is "the corner"? Where was the egg? What biome were u in etc.

I think I was in the oak/plains biome at the time, it was beside a low hanging oak tree when i tried to hatch it, same thing happened with my end egg turning into an aether egg when i hatched it on top of a mountain

if it's environmentally influenced, i hope there's some sort of guideline bc i read about the hatching process of the previous version which turns the eggs into end dragons if the environmental conditions aren't met but the 1.15.2 version seems a little different since it turns into a different element, anw thanks for responding to my issues, still a great mod btw, looking forward to the next update

side note: i know that leads dont work on dragons but if you ever add it, it would be cool if the leads for dragons were chains :D

yes the dragon eggs are environmentally influenced so if anything its best if you hatch the eggs on a cobble platform, if you dont want them changing i personally use a 9x9 platform and hatch the egg in the middle then place fences around it, however dragons do have a tendency to magically walk through fences so ive happened to find out so keep an eye on them XD

ik leaves do change eggs into forest dragons and i recommend placing the cobble platform at around 60-75 y coords to prevent eggs changing type into either aether or skeleton, i use torches to light up my platform i hope this helps!
