Whenever I open Minecraft with the latest version installed, it crashes in a instant, unfortunately no crash log was ever generated...

Please provide a game / crash log as I cannot do anything about it with only that!

Provide latest.log to the developer instead of crashlog.txt (crash logs never help). to do this, first play the game and replicate the issue, then close it. then go to %minecraft%/logs. provide the latest.log that you find in there.
