Some other mod is interrupting registry for DML. Can you post a full log (not the crash log) so I can see the full initialization to confirm this?

Whenever this should occur for anyone else, try using LATEST FORGE. If the problem STILL persists, please leave a comment here

Sorry for taking long to respond but it's fixed now I’m pretty sure the mod dot hack weapons was causing the crash or it was I just needed to update forge.

Just to confirm I put dothack back in and I got the same crash so dothack caused the crash anyway thanks for helping me out.
