What? I need more context. What do you need this file for? This file doesn't exist at all. There is a directory, and a registry with that resource name.

I, too, have this issue. Well, a few friends, I should say.

When he joins, he gets a pop-up telling him he can't join because he's missing data packs and a registry.

This is the error he gets on his log:
