Winged Chestplate does not count for full armor set advancement

Only the non-winged chestplate counts for the advancement, but it would make more sense for both be viable options for that advancement.

Don't you have to craft the winged version from the non winged version? When you you encounter this bug? @NolanHewitt

If you make the chestplate into the winged chestplate before crafting the rest of the set this occurs.
