■ Describe the bug

Changing between a dragon with a sword equipped and human causes the sword to be duplicated if you rapidly swap between human and dragon, probably also applies to other tools. Might be due to "Keep Dragon Progression" enabled, but also possibly not.

■ To Reproduce

1. Change into a dragon
2. Equip a sword into your dragon equipment slot for a sword
3. Change into a human, a sword should be created in your inventory
4. Change back into a dragon, your dragon should still have the sword equipped, and you should still have the newly generated sword.
5. Repeat.

■ Expected behavior

Dragons should be unequipped when changing back, they shouldn't retain their equipment.
