Sometimes when I log into the game, or when I teleport, or fly really fast using the glide feature I will suddenly begin to take damage until I die and the game death message says that I was "squished to death". It seems to be completely random as I can fly, teleport, and login without this happening, but it does happen often. I have experimented and can't get it to trigger or happen consistently, but it does happen often. Multiple times during a play session. Also I am not in a small area, but out in the open so I should not be "squished"

Randomly happens upon login, teleport, or fast flight.

■ Expected behavior

I would like to not die and lose all my experience levels by being magically squished.

■ Crash Report

The game does not crash, I just die and respawn.

Also I forgot to mention. This was a fresh install, first time use of this mod so that is why I didn't delete the config as nothing was messed with. I do have other mods, but nothing that should conflict I don't believe. I tried removing several that I thought could possibly affect this situation, but nothing changed.
