After looking into Issue #261 further, (as it's still present in the most recent release of Dragon Survival) I've discovered that the duration applied in the config actually isn't being read as ticks. In fact it's still being read in seconds, but the value of a second has been altered.

Normally: 60 seconds = minute
Currently: 600 seconds = 1 minute

(eg. Sea Vision goes from having a 23 minute duration, to a 2.3 minute duration, and the max duration (10,000 'seconds') peaks at 16 minutes 40 seconds)

1. Edit the config
2. Set duration to desired number
3. Duration is a fraction of what it's supposed to be

■ Expected behavior

Durations for buff abilities properly reflect what's described in the config.
