■ Describe the bug

Changing the value of the initial mana cost for the Cave Dragon's fire breath doesn't have any effect. You can lower it to 0 or raise it to 100, but the cost will stay at 2.

■ To Reproduce

1. Edit 'fireBreathInitialMana' in the server config
2. Use fire breath in game
3. The initial mana cost stays at 2 regardless of what number you enter

■ Expected behavior

Changing the value of 'fireBreathInitialMana' will reflect in the game.

This also happens when trying to change the value of Mana Ticks for, as far as I can tell, ALL of the dragon breath abilities.
