■ Bug Description and Reproduce

1. You have a tool (e. g. pickaxe) in your dragon claw inventory
2. The tool breaks while in said inventory
3. You continue to mine at the same speed but block breaking is buggy because it's not actually your speed
4. You open and close the inventory - everything is back to normal

Meaning:
If a tool breaks in the dragon claw inventory the break speed of blocks does not get reset until you open your inventory

The breakSpeedEvent in ClawToolHandler stays at an originalSpeed of 12.0 (e. g. with a Gold Pickaxe) instead of 1.0
