■ Describe the bug

The bug happens both as human and dragon. I can't look around all the way when riding a minecart, pig or other animals. The camera movement is a lot more restricted as human than as a dragon.
If you want to replicate the bug you just have to place a minecart or any other ridable object and ride it. The camera will always be restricted.
