[Bug] Mining ores using silk touch as dragon can reproduce xp and dragon dust

Description

When mining with silk touch enchanted pickaxes, ores will drop xp orbs as there is no silk touch, but will drop ore blocks normally.

How to reproduce

  1. Enchant a pickaxe with minecraft:silk_touch enchantment.
  2. Equip the pickaxe in Claw and Teeth Inventory.
  3. Mine ores which can drop xp orbs such as Coal Ore, Diamond Ore and Quartz Ore.
