Describe the bug
Both mods, Dramatic Doors and Cuffed are installed on the game, already looked on Cuffed's Discord and it seems like that there's a real conflict between both mods, I tried changing the waterlogged config (which seems to be the issue) but the config is not working at all...
Already looked for Cuffed's creator and other people had some similar issues and came to them, found out that it might be a problem on DD's end.
I decided to test myself if the config wasn't working at all and found out that it's really not working.

To Reproduce
Install both Dramatic Doors and Cuffed on the same modpack and try to start it!

Expected behavior
Not crashing the game.

Turned Cuffed off to test the config option...
Config of waterlogged on false (I closed and opened the game with the configs on false, but the waterlogged is still working in-game)
