[BUG] Mod logs erros about `woodworks:sawmill` when Woodworks is not loaded

Describe the bug
The consolse is spammed with woodworks:sawmill errors.

To Reproduce
Boot the game and load in to the world.

Expected behavior
Logs not being spammed with woodworks:sawmill errors.

I'm having this same issue on Fabric 17.2 and MC java 1.21.1 with the latest version of the mod, and the recipes dont show in game, is woodworks an unlisted requirement?
