Describe the bug
A simple yet very slightly annoying bug where when a villager tries to enter or leave any of the tall doors, they jump when in the area of the door.

To Reproduce
Place door
Spawn Villager
Make Villager Walk Into Door

Expected behavior
Not Jump In the Door, Like the rest of the doors

It has something to do with the mobs thinking the space above is open. I may look into a solution.
