RLCraft 2.10 dev versions, non-manifest jar files nonexistant

Heyo! Might have misunderstood something. How am I going to get the missing .jar files for the installation of the development version of RLCraft 2.10? As you said in the most recent video, 2.10 would take some days to be ready for release, but was that in reference to the 2.10 branch not being playable as is currently?
