The server stops generating at that last line.
I tried to use my main windows machine and on it, it worked without any problems. I can give the log file if needed.
Also, Why is there optifine mod in the modlist.txt. Isn't that client side mod.

Delete the mod !mod-director on the server

For reference, that file is only needed client side, however in general it works fine being left on the server and properly closes itself.
Its specific linux distro/version that it doesn't work on.

Okay, Yeah. There is something going on with the chunk generation that gives the error "[19:38:25] [Server thread/FATAL] [dimstack]: The chunk generator com.pg85.otg.forge.generator.OTGChunkGenerator did not trigger net.minecraftforge.event.terraingen.InitNoiseGensEvent during initialization!
Please report this issue to the mod author of the above mentionied ChunkGenerator.

Thats a known error related to dimensionstack that shouldn't actually affect anything
