▶️What is happening? - Explain what happens and what steps should be done to reproduce the issue
Dragon's breath deals no damage to mobs that are flying or not too close with blocks. Both wild and tamed dragon are effected. Any flying mobs, such as morock, zephyr, raiko, and so on that are flying and not close with blocks also doesnt take damage from dragon's breath.
