Can't break certain blocks since v1.0.4 Patch

▶️What is happening? - Explain what happens and what steps should be done to reproduce the issue.
I updated my RlCraft Dregora Server from v1.0.3 to v1.0.4, everything seems to work as intended but if i place a polished andesite block i can't break it, not even in creative. Tried placing polished marble but i can break it without problems.
Had to move the placed blocks with piston outside of my base.

Update:
It seems like I can't break wheat, carrots and black concrete as well. Breaking the crops with water is possible.

Well, seems I figured out the answer myself somehow. I can break all those buggy blocks with an 'Eta Pendant' in my off-hand. Maybe the server loaded a brutal tower in the background, but that would not really make sense, maybe y'all can figure out what the f happened here.

Fixed in 1.0.5 which is out now.
