▶️What is happening? - Explain what happens and what steps should be done to reproduce the issue.

Changing /gamerule or config settings affects all saves globally. Example: I was on a test world and increased tick speed to 1000. This carried over to my other saves . (Unintented feature) These settings should only affect the current save.
