That message is about a mod called SimpleSplashScreen while this GitHub repo is for Drippy Loading Screen
The mod you're trying to load is for MC 1.19 while you're running MC 1.18.2
Judging my the other mod's name, you absolutely shouldn't use Drippy and that mod together
Please include actual logs the next time you report an issue, thank you very much
