Splash Text not appearing and Text Elements Displaying Incorrectly

Describe the bug
The splash text isn't appearing, and the text elements aren't displaying the contents of it properly.

To Reproduce

  1. Add a text element, click on text contents, add active mods as the content, and confirm.
  2. Add a splash screen
  3. Launch Minecraft
    Expected behavior
    A clear and detailed description of what you expected to happen.

Dude what are these "placeholders"? These are not valid placeholders. They can't work.

When editing the content of the text elements, click on the little Plus button at the right side of the text box to add placeholders to your text element.
