Certain elements of the title screen load on top of the loading screen when fade-out is disabled

Describe the bug
I'm trying to remove the fade animation from the loading screen, but when I disable "Fade-Out Loading Screen" the splash text, the version text in the corner, and the text on a custom button on my main menu layout appear before the rest of the menu loads.

Expected behavior
No title screen elements should load prematurely

Make screen not render in the loading screen when fade-in/out is disabled
