Describe the bug
Custom Progress Bar gets reset everytime window is resized or similar.
Not actually resetting, but visually it goes back to the middle/start and back to where it was in loading.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (e.g.):

1. Add a custom progress bar.
2. Resize your client window
3. observe progress bar going back to middle then returns to normal.
4. Profit.
   This is always reproducable, and it didn't happen in version 2.2.4 or below.

Expected behavior
Progress bar doesn't "reset" when window gets resized or similar.
