Mod doesn't seem to work?

I put both my resource and data packs under global_packs/required_resources and global_packs/required_data and none seem to get loaded.

I'm using version 1.18.2 and the newest release for that version (1.12.4)

Nevermind, I was using pack format 8 for the datapack instead of 9
I'm still new to this so I just got confused.
