For the convenience of debugging, I used a soft link to link my resource pack. The directory structure contains assets and data, and they are placed in the ./minecraft/resourcepacks. However, the mod cannot load the datapacks correctly, while the assets load normally。

However, when I compressed them into.zip and placed them in resourcepacks, the datapacks were able to load correctly

Symlinks do not work with the mod for security reasons.
You can use the system global packs feature if you want the same packs to load in multiple game installs.
