From Mystic Mods, only Druidcraft is installed, and the version is 1.16.5-0.4.52 (it may affects other versions, but I didn't tested it)

Other Versions:

• Forge: 36.1.3 (when I tested it)
• Minecraft: 1.16.5
• Modpack: Custom Modpack (it doesn't have a version history)

This is probably a block that doesn't need to have an item registered for it.

if that's the case this is weird, because it has a item form
