General Information

Describe the bug:
Hemp seeds do not go into a composter. This is essentially a regression of #2.

To Reproduce:

1. Make composter and place it
2. Right click on composter with hemp seeds
3. Sadness ensues

Expected behavior:
Composter accepts hemp seeds.

Same applies to hemp as well.
