This was first noticed when using the Quark mod, but persisted even after removing all other mods. It causes items placed inside large crates to not fit inside the internal inventory slots correctly, spilling over into the gray area between slots.

To Reproduce:
1: Place down a 2x1x1, 2x2x1, or 2x2x2 multiblock crate.
2: Place an item inside the crate.

Expected Behavior:
All interior items should align correctly with inventory slots, and not spill over into the visual area below them.
