Better handling of Animania horse interactions

  • Don't automatically tame them
  • Don't automatically age foals (as there's no API to access the setEntityAge)
  • Allow setting's "PlayerXXX's Steed" as a draft horse's name by sneak-right-clicking a horse, and unsetting it by doing the same thing.
