Specify optional max durability of Ocarina (durability used per horse summoned) & potential repair item

Whether or not the Ocarina breaks completely or simply becomes non-functional at 0 durability would also be an option.

Repair methods could be extended to shapeless crafting with any number of the repair material (up to 8).
