Upon attempting to respawn after dying, the player disconnects from the multiplayer server with the following section in the client log. The player can reconnect, but is still at the death screen, forced to press respawn or go to title screen, both of which disconnect the player; the first button is due to an error.
It is worth noting that the repeated text in the log is repeated nonstop while the player is at that death screen, until either button is clicked.
