Dungeons do only generate in chunks with positive x and z coordinates.

I have a 1.16 server with over 20 mods, one of them Dungeon Crawl, and I can see the dungeons just generate from 0,0 to 500,500. I have travelled over 8.000 blocks from 500,500 and I have not found any new dungeons.
