[1.16.5] [v2.2.4] Dungeon crawl can't handle I&F dragon riding java.io.EOFException: Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream

Context: Tested on a mod-pack, narrowed it down to one mod that may be causing issue which was DungeonCrawl.
To replicate this bug you will need to use I&F. This issue doesn't occur when Dungeon crawl is uninstalled making it obvious DungeonCrawl is the conflict.
BUG: If a user is riding their tamed dragon from I&F mod, the server will tank to a 0% memory usage, rendering the server perma locked until the server is resetted.
