Dungeons still spawn in overworld when overworld not included in the whitelist

Version: DungeonCrawl-1.16.5-2.3.2

Trying to only allow Dungeon Crawl dungeons the ability to spawn in a custom/modded dimension, and not in the overworld. Setting that custom dimension as the only one in the whitelist still results in dungones spawning in the overworld.
