Using the json files under "gearconfig"

In this case, I removed the +3 melee attack damage attribute with the datapack

@yukikomorii I have an updated version planned that removes the unnecessary attack damage attributes from all the ranged weapons. Is this still un-enchantability bug still present in latest version of Gear?

@Thelnfamous1 As of beta 5.0.5 the bug is still present
