The artifact bar could be hidden while no artifacts are equipped, similar to how the off-hand slot is hidden when no items are equipped in the off-hand. This would solve the issue a lot of people are having that the artifact GUI is a bit intrusive in regular gameplay; hiding it completely via resource packs would no longer be necessary!

This is actually an interesting concept. I'll consider it and see if I can do it.
