1.19.2 mob bugs and etc.

1.19.2, forge 43.2.4, mod ver 4.0.6
geckolib bugs (i think):
-royal guards are walking funny/wobbling really fast
-skeleton vanguard are wrongfully holding their shield and glaive, attack anim is also messed up
-sunken skeletons missing the coral sticking out their head
-sunken skeletons arent spawning in their 4 variants. only the purple one is spawning
misc:
glow layers are messed up for the wildfire and restone golem while using shaders see #169
fixed bugs:
-blasting projectiles firing the same projectiles as necromancers which are blue ones, instead of purle ones
an excessive amount of enderlings (should probably tune the weight down a bit)
-mobs arent naturally spawning. only ones spawning are sunken skeletons, necromancers, drowned necromancers
-spiders having trouble shooting webs. currently they stare into ur soul for abt 6 seconds and shoot a projectile
-when stuck in a spiders simple_trap/web and snarelings glob the camera is messed up while trying to move out of it, like being stuck inside a block i guess
-mountaineer AI messed up. has trouble attacking and just swings its pickaxe, while climbing has trouble finding a target, it just climbs to the highest point and stays there. doesn't move or anything just sits there.
-windcaller and wildfire is taking fall damage
Blastling, Watchling & Snareling spawn weights have been nerfed by 50% in 4.0.7.
Natural mob spawns have been fixed in 4.0.8.
Spiders having a delayed ranged attack have been fixed in 4.0.8.
Web Traps and Snareling Globs constantly teleporting trapped victims have been fixed in 4.0.8.
Mountaineers not being able to attack has been fixed in 4.0.8.
Windcaller and Wildfire taking fall damage has been fixed in 4.0.8.
