Describe the bug
some structures generate above ground in some cases
for DESimpleStructures it seems to work fine
but DEUnderground and DESwimmingStructures seem to break sometimes

Version Info:

• Minecraft version: 1.19.2
• Forge version 43.1.16
• Structure Gel API version 2.6.1
• Dungeons Enhanced version 4.0
