Putting this here as a known "issue".
Basically, I'M LAZY,
The Display for EXP Capacity and Stored has little rounding issues in the code for the calculations. This is because to have ~1mil levels stored in the tank I have to convert numbers to (long)'s otherwise I run into an int max errors.

Also, I was a bit lazy with exp storage and transfer in general, you can technically store up to like 160 extra exp then it says the upgrade can hold, at over 30 levels this is basically nothing as exp per level scales exponentially after level 31
