Create's Nixie Tubes use the same DD colors for the front and background characters

What happened?
Comparing Aqua (Left) and Mint (Right) to Light Blue (Middle) Nixie tubes, you can see the color of the text is identical in the Dye Depot colors (resulting in a flat look), while it has a darker background using vanilla colors (intended result) to give it some depth.
