It seems I'm unable to use Clear (or Connecting) Honey Stained Glass with Framed Blocks.
Regular 'Honey Stained Glass' works just fine with Framed Blocks.

Not sure if this is a Dyenamics and Friends issue or a Framed Blocks issue.

This is on ATM10 running 1.21.1.

do the regular connecting glass blocks work? like white or purple

Yes, regular connecting variants work such as 'Connecting (and Clear) Lime Stained Glass'. It just seems the Dyenamics and Friends variants do not work as the regular Dyenamics 'Honey Stained Glass' works fine too.
