Describe the bug
from I am reading from the crash report, it failed to read the config during the apply

To Reproduce
Use Dynamic asset 1.19-0.7.1 and excavated variants 1.19-0.7.3 on forge 1.19-41.0.93

Expected behavior
I was expecting to play minecraft but instead received a crash report

ForgeGradle is broken and does this every once in a while when I try to publish. Will fix it shortly
