Describe the bug
Whenever I try to load my game a screen shows up saying that it Failed to load a valid ResourcePackInfo.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load the Game with both DynamicAssetGenerator and Excavated Variants

Expected behavior
A dirt block screen shows up and says that the mod failed to load a valid ResourcePackInfo

Oh right, that's a new forge feature. Yeah, it's an easy enough fix; I'll try to publish something tomorrow or the next day.

This should be fixed as of 3.1.0 (just released)
