Description

I have hovered, unfocused and invisible set below 15 FPS and it never goes below that.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable a FPS counter (I'm using Steams one)
2. Set unfocused to below 15 FPS
3. Press win key to unfocus
4. See FPS is at 15

Versions

Minecraft: 1.21.1
Fabric: 0.16.10
Mod: 3.8.0

So is there no power saving difference when set to 1 FPS compared to 15?

If you set the limit to 15 FPS you'll be using 15 times more resources.
Of the 15 frames that Minecraft, Steam, or other software reports only a single one is actually rendered every second.
