What if you generally want to use Dynamic FPS but sometimes need to spectate someone/something while doing something else? Or maybe some users just want the lower RAM usage that this mod provides without slowing FPS at all.

It would then make sense to have an overall toggle for the 1 FPS feature (the other feature - to not render at all if not visible - can still be kept enabled).
