Every night SoundControl eats 10% of my CPU until SIGTERM

Tired to killing and restarting process every night :(
I'm a Windows weenie. Also, can you be more specific about which ATM you are referring to as well as MC version? If you have a debug.log of when this is happening it could provide additional clues.
Also, do you have any other mods installed that are not part of the ATM standard pack?
EDIT: And to be clear we are talking about Sound Control - a mod for Minecraft Forge, and not some other application called Sound Control? Looking at the output you provide above its not clear to me.
I dont have debug log in moment of CPU spike but it still happened almost every night around 00:00
Do you have some internal jobs scheduled on 00:00 ? I switched off all updates but bug still happened.
Also, for now I'v enabled diagnostic logs and will try to harvest some more data.
